Services I Offer

I am a “story sense specialist”. One thing all good journalists can do is suss out a good story, discover the story under the story (its sub-text), and write to persuade or to provoke thought. Those same skills can help create your own powerful writing. I bring more than 25 years of “story sense”, content organization, and audience instinct to bear on your writing. Working with me, your writing will be dynamic, powerful, and carry your authentic voice into the world.
I guarantee your satisfaction in content development and editing that both meets and exceeds high quality publishable standards in the world of books.

TEACHING CREATIVE WRITING:
The Writer's Eye View is a unique course I developed with co-facilitator Frank Beltrano. The numbers are kept small so that Frank and I can provide personal feedback on your writing at each and every session. This course, restricted to onlly eight people at a time, consistently sells out.
Contact me at slinden@rogers.com for a complimentary 1/2 hour session to discuss your project. After this initial consultation, I prepare a quote for you, customized to your exact needs and wishes.
